Steve and Michelle were never married. A child Julie was conceived of this relationship. For the first three years of her life Michelle would not allow Steve to see the child. When he did begin seeing the child it was only occasionally, at Michelle’s discretion. For that reason, Steve filed in court for “regular visitation”.
